Launch Of Elemar Website

We are delighted to announce that Elemar Search has now launched its website! We do so at the beginning of a new year, full of new opportunities, fresh perspectives and expected growth.

Although Elemar is a new brand, founded in London during the second lockdown of the Covid-19 pandemic, we pride ourselves on an outstanding track record in the legal private practice market, based on years of industry experience. Before entering the legal recruitment sphere, Leanne was a corporate lawyer and law firm partner. Prior to establishing Elemar (and prior to that Lawyer Talent Network), Leanne was Managing Director of a leading legal search firm. She has an extensive history of hugely successful partner placements in top firms both in London and internationally. Aija studied Experimental Psychology at the University of Oxford and has since developed an extensive record of successful associate placements at US, international and specialist law firms. She and Leanne were long standing colleagues at Fox Rodney Search and are thrilled to be reunited again at Elemar, embarking on this new venture with enthusiasm and excitement.
